Beyond Accounting was created out of our Founders’ shared personal passion for helping others. These passions were embedded in both of them at young ages growing up in their family-owned businesses. In their professional careers, it deepened as they gained incredible experience advising decision-makers while they worked in some of the largest accounting & advisory firms and non-profits in the world.

Clinton Baker, CPA, MBA
Co-Founder
Clinton has been advising closely-held and family-owned businesses for over 20 years.
His collaborative approach is often described as a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stuffy profession. He uses the triple planning model of strategic planning, succession planning, and business planning to help business owners exceed the goals on their journey of success.
Jennifer Baker
Co-Founder
Jennifer has been leading the financial operations of organizations for over 15 years. She has provided Controller and Internal Audit leadership in organizations ranging in size from 10 employees to thousands of employees globally.
With these insights, she guides business owners and executives in the areas of accounting, internal controls, and operations that ensure their success.​
